After a lot of thought, we have made the difficult decision to sunset Sortbilly. The Sortbilly service will shut down on 30 November 2026.

Until then, the app will keep working exactly as it does today. Before the shutdown date, we strongly recommend exporting your data, which you can do in a few taps straight from the app.

What this means for you

• Until 30 November 2026: Sortbilly continues to work as normal on iOS and Android. Your subscriptions, reminders and digests are not affected.
• On 30 November 2026: The service goes offline and the mobile apps will stop working. Email digests and push notifications will stop.
• After the shutdown: All accounts and the data stored with them are permanently deleted. We will not be able to recover anything after this date.

How to export your data

You can export all of your subscriptions as a .csv file, and we will send it straight to your own email inbox.

1. Open the Sortbilly app on your phone and sign in. If you no longer have it installed, you can download it again.
2. Go to Settings → Export data.
3. Check the inbox of the email address linked to your Sortbilly account. You will receive an email titled “Your subscriptions data export” with the .csv file attached.

A .csv file opens in any spreadsheet app, such as Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers or Google Sheets, so you can keep tracking your subscriptions wherever you like.

A couple of tips:

• Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, then try exporting again.
• Made changes after exporting? You can export as many times as you like. Run one last export close to the shutdown date so your copy is up to date.
• Rather not wait? You can delete your account from within the app at any time, and your data will be removed straight away. Just remember to export it first.
